They were very prompt and meticulous. I appreciated the professionalism they portrayed. I also appreciated the fact that the business owner called later in the day to check and make sure I was happy with her employee's services. Not many businesses do that. Everything was great. Tonia was punctual and did a great job cleaning up from previous renters. I have another rental property opening up soon and I will definitely hire Tonia for the job! I just wish she had services in SC!! We have two more rentals there!!! Thanks Tonia! See you soon.

One girl showed up (not Tonia). She worked very hard but was not feeling feel at all. She was there for at least two hours alone and then finally Tonia showed up. She was not going to be staying and had her mother with her in her car, but I guess felt that the work was not getting finished. She stayed with the first girl for another two hours. They did an adequate job, but not a and quot;deep cleaningand quot;. There were a few things left undone that I was going to talk with them about today. However, today they were a and quot;no-showand quot; with no phone call or anything. I will hire elsewhere.

Tonia was excellent! She had several helpers, all of whom were all kind and respectful both to myself and my property, and found ways to make my house more beautiful than I had imagined possible. I was actually quite embarassed to need so much help but Tonia and her assistants quickly put me at ease and made me comfortable. I began by attempting to show her what needed to be done but in the end she was better able to see and show ME what needed to be done, in terms of unpacking, organizing, and cleaning my home. This is the single best cleaning/organization company I have ever employeed and I would highly recomend her services to anyone! Since the big clean-out / organization marathon, Tonia has returned to my home several times for continual cleaning and organization mantaince! Everytime she's here she manages to find something new in my home that improves both it's function and it's looks! Thanks Tonia. This is also for Tonia's Tidy Touch Maid Services!! UPDATE 5/21/2014 Tonia and her ladies have been cleaning my house once every two to three weeks since they originally came in Sept 2013. It's now May of 2014 and in all that time I have never had a single issue with Tonia or their work. They have always been punctual, fast but thorough, and always willing to reschedule as to be convenient to my schedule. I have recommended her to many, many friends and have never had one person say they had done a bad job. If you want your house cleaned, Tonia is awesome.
