Description of Work: Our home needed to be cleaned of all the mildew on the siding. I called Sullys and they were able to come out the same day to give me a quote. after scheduling a day for the cleaning, I realized I would be out of town. They said "no problem." I didn't have to be at the house when they did the job. They took special care with my patio furniture and my newly planted veggie garden. Everything was well protected and the house looks fantastic. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

+ 1 moreI recieved a call that they would be able to come earlier than scheduled and wanted to confirm with me that it would be ok to do so. Upon arrival got right to work. First started on the deck roof, then gutters, house, finishing up with the sidewalks and driveway. They worked continuously to get the job done in a reasonable time line. When complete both walked around the house and cleaned up anything that needed to be done. I was very pleased with the work and with the professionalism showed by this husband and wife duo. I had not had any of this type of work done for over 7 years so this place was pretty dirty. The cleaning agent used was amazing and worked wonders on the dirt and grime. I have noticed no adverse affect on any of my flowers. I like the soft wash system for a couple of reasons; it is in keeping with my efforts to go green as much as I can; and it did not damage the house or peel paint etc. My house is over 20 years old so too much pressure could have been a problem. I am a totally satisfied customer and will definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: I have a metal roof over an enclosed deck that fills up with debris and water over time. I had them clean it out and flush the drainpipe. I also had them pressure wash the house using the soft wash system. Also had all my gutters cleaned and the sidewalks and driveway cleaned.
