Description of Work: I do not write reviews but on this occasion, I have to. About a month ago, I scheduled a fence install through Seegars. It was horrific from the start. They arrived three hours later than arranged, the posts they installed looked like they were left over from another job (scarred and damaged) and they only dug holes, but poles in the ground and left an hour after they had arrived...just enough work to say they started the job. When I got home from work and looked at it, I immediately called the sales rep who BECAME REAL NASTY AND RUDE on the telephone AND HUNG UP ON ME! Nothing I said was unprofessional or disrespectful. I called the owner of the company and left a message stating I wanted the crew back out to the house in the morning to pull up every post they stuck in a hole, refill the holes and have a refund check ready. When I arrived to get my refund, they didn't even attempt to apologize or make it right which tells me, they didn't want the business anyway. I hired a local contractor who did the job at a much better price, was courteous and the job and materials were top notch. I asked other people about the company, but it would be unfair to state what they said because I didn't experience what they did. I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY TO EVEN FENCE IN A CHICKEN COOP. Your better off finding someone else instead of taking the risk.

+ -1 moreAdded on to existing chain link fencing. They showed up on time. and went to work right away. They dug the holes for theposts, set them in concrete, and hung the fence fabric after letting the concrete cure. We reused the old gate. It only took them a few minutes to move the gate. They used all new gate mounts and latch. Works Great! They pulled up the old posts and fencing and cleaned up prior to leaving. I am well pleased and wish I had done this years ago. If I need fence work done in the future, I will call them!
Description of Work: Extend fence line approximetly 50 feet, move and reinstall vehicle gate.

+ -1 moreThey price they quoted me was extremely reasonable. They were very professional and courteous. They made sure that they knew exactly how I wanted the fence. I just didn't get what I wanted.
Description of Work: They came out and measured and gave me an estimate on a new fence. Their follow through left a lot to be desired. My 2-3 weeks for a fence turned out to be 2 months. Lack of update or returned phone calls was frustrating. Installation crew came and went as they pleased and a 5 day job turned out to be 3 weeks. The fence there brought out for the front yard was the wrong fence and I ended up canceling rather than wait another 2 or 3 months. Very unprofessional, no one knew what was going on and lack of communication left me frustrated. I'd never recommend them to any one.

+ -1 moreTheir quote was very pricey. They did it by the square footage and they gave us a quote right on the spot. Their quote was double what everyone else had quoted. They were very knowledgeable. They went through everything line by line and broke it all down. It was just a price thing. Other than that, they got back to me quickly. They didn't have us waiting and they were prompt when they came here.

+ -1 moreI had the fence built for my dog. They did not put the fence all the way down when they first built it. The owner had the same workers come out and lower the fence. It was at least 3 inches off the ground. The workers wanted to get it done quickly and the owner did not settle with that. I will use them again.
