PRECISION PLUMBING

Technician showed up two days after original schedule. Needed to order parts for outside spigot, but totally ignored the cold water tap, dismissing the problem entirely. Said he would be back the next day to fix the spigot. This is at my rental property, so I'm not there to confirm work getting done, and I had already provided credit card to them, so when I heard nothing the next day, I ignorantly assumed they had kept thier word and finished and charged me. WRONG! THREE WEEKS later I get a call that they had just now come back and finished and wanted payment authorization (I complied, billed $127 parts and labor). Water bill went over $100 while they were ignoring it. When I came to inspect my property, the spigot WAS STILL LEAKING! Called and 2 days later a service manager came out and said they had to order another part and would repair it for free. NO THANKS! I couldn't get the "free" repair scheduled in a timely manner, and they had already proved completely unreliable, so when I called I cancelled the repair and asked for my money back, since the problem was never addressed in the first place and it cost me so much in water bills. Service manager was "out" so I leave several voicemails and never get a call back. Currently disputing charges with my credit card provider, will be suing if charge-back is denied. I called the city and had them cut my water off for a few hours, disassembled my spigot and fixed it myself in 45 minutes (trip to-and-from Lowes included!) REMARKABLE INCOMPETENCE AND UNRELIABLE.

They are a great company. We use them frequently for our plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with them. He was nice, I have no complaints.

What great service! The service manager came out, and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and timely! He also said he replaced our washers with those that would last three times as long, which I appreciated so that I don't have to have them replaced again in a few years! I would recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone! I've had horrible experiences with other plumbing companies in the area, and Precision renewed my outlook on plumbers in Goldsboro!

The serviceman arrived on time. He completed the tasks in a timely manner. He cleaned his work area before he left.

They fixed the toilet fine, but the sink in the kitchen was still leaking underneath. They had to come back out. We ended up having to get a new faucet. They fixed a problem we didn't know we had.

THEY WERE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS INFORMED OF EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY NICE GUYS.
