Their work was good, they got all the stains out of our carpet except 1 in the master bedroom., which was problem due to a pet stain. I forgot to mention that the previous owners did secretly have a puppy.

Arrived when they said they would. They were able to get stains up that 2 other well known carpet cleaning companies were not. They voluntarily went over some areas twice. Lots of furniture to move around. They helped slide it around. Will be using again next time.

Alonzo is a small company, so you get personal one on one attention. He is very comfortable working around my 3 dogs and over the years my small children who are now teenagers. He is very easy to work with, he is careful moving furniture and putting it back and taking my oriental rugs out to the front porch and letting them dry. He is also very friendly, provides good quality work and I will use him again and again. I highly recommend him.
