+ -1 more. We signed a contract to re-shingle our roof on 9/10/13 and wrote a check for $3300.00. Mr. Worrell said his roofers would do the job shortly thereafter. After repeated attempts to get him to assure a date for work to begin. I finally informed him that I would take legal action if materials were not delivered to my house by 9/23/13. I have had no further contact from Mr. Worrell since 9/20/13. I have sent him a certified letter on 10/04/13 to see if his intentions were to take the money and do no work. The certified letter was refused and returned to me via ups. I did file a police report with the Darlington County Sherriff Dept. of SC on 9/24/13.I am now ready to follow up with legal proceedings. Description of Work: No work had been done on my roof by nailhead roofing and no further contact has been made by Brad nor Scarlet Worrell after Friday,9/20/2013.
