my family was having a difficult time and we had to sell our home. they were very professional and also very empathic to our situation. this was during a time which a lot of people get taken advantage of, however this was not the case. infact she took the extra time to explain the housing market, what they will do, how things will work, she gave use worse case type situation and best case type situation and all this was depending on various factors but the point is she gave use some idea of what to expect. we were never hit with a fee or a cost which we were not made aware of, she even helped us with the money side of things, budgeting what we could or could not afford and then what would be the most realistic for our situation and budget. all this was done before any contract was even signed. she spent at least 3 or more hrs with us with no money being required and no pressure to sign a contract. talk about customer service, she invested in us, we did not invest in her. she is very out going and driven, she has a passion for her work and her clients. she always looks very profressional and conducts herself that way also. i would recommend and continue to use her.
