Outside cobwebs never swept away as I was told they would be AGAIN. Crawl space not checked even though representative stated he did but the following day the office manager with business owner assessed the door to the crawl space and stated they could tell no one had been under there recently. When I signed up for service there were certain things I wanted done before I would contract service. I'd repeatedly been told these things would be done by the ladies in the office but then when the rep would come out to the house they were not (clean away cobwebs, check crawl space). Bugs never had before started showing up (days) after they sprayed ( Beatles, roaches, terminates). Not impressed. Even though signed up initially for quarterly service I've not heard from company since around August of last year.

They are very good. They are prompt and they do what they say they are going to do. Overall, they are excellent.
