Describing Mrs. Sutton as exceptional is almost an insult. She is so much more than that. My boyfriend and I were both first time homebuyers, and Mrs. Sutton was recommended to me by another young friend of mine searching for a new home. The first time I spoke with Mrs. Sutton I knew she was a no-nonsense, straight to the point type of person. She gave me so much information on the first phone call that I knew without a doubt she would be our realtor. After getting pre-qualified by the bank, I contacted Mrs. Sutton to start viewing homes. Now, I have a hard time letting others do things for me, so I came armed with a list of home we saw online that interested us. Mrs. Sutton went to work immediately scheduling viewing times for us. Much to our surprise, we found a beautiful home on the first day of viewing, and decided to put in an offer. We called Mrs. Sutton that same night to let her know and she had our offer paperwork ready first thing the next morning. After a few stressful weeks of offering and counter-offering with the bank that owned the home, our counter-offer was accepted. Mrs. Sutton seemed just as happy as we were, and her positivity throughout the whole process really made things easier. After the offer was accepted Mrs. Sutton began scheduling inspections. She recommended a septic tank and termite inspection in addition to the general home inspection. It's a good thing we took her advice, because sure enough, there was an issue with the septic tank that required the installation of a new one. That situation was extremely stressful, but Mrs. Sutton navigated us through it no problem. To top everything off, when we closed on the house Mrs. Sutton and our mortgage banker worked it out where all of our inspections were paid by the seller AND we got money back at closing! So, based on Mrs. Sutton's recommendations on a lender and loan program, we ended up with the house of our dreams for no money down, no money for inspections, and money back at closing! It doesn't get better than that! Oh, wait, it does! She gives anyone who purchases a home through her a free weekend in her personal mountain cabin! We haven't been yet (we're waiting for the spring), but the pictures look amazing!

We are a military family who was looking to buy our first house at our new duty location. We did a lot of research on realtors in the Goldsboro area before we PCSd here. While online we were also looking for an agent who worked well with the military and was affiliated with AHRN. Mrs Lily was both. From the very moment I called her she made me feel like a long, lost relative. She knew of trailers for rent at a reasonable price so when we were no longer able to stay in TLF we could stay there till we found a house. Eventually we found our first home which was also listed under her. My only issue with Mrs Lily is that I don't think she works well as a duel agent, because she is such a good person that it's almost as if she can't handle making either party unhappy. Summary: great realtor, and very familiar with the military.
