LIFETIME WINDOWS & SIDING

Lifetime windows and siding did vinyl siding on our home about 20 years ago, after a recent pressure washing our home looks brand new. We had them come back this year to put in all new windows and build a sun room. The professionalism of this company was amazing, the workers were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

work went smooth and was completed within a week and a half. Unfortunately all the leading edge water diverter was removed and not replaced so all the wood rotted and now has to be replaced along with all the previous work performed. all original work was completed in 2010 first indication something was wrong was when the coating on the metal wrap started peeling off and the front and back door started sagging and water would fill the screen door after a rain. rain would also run from under the metal wrap. rep came out and said to repair the damage it would cost the same price it cost to do the work to begin with. would not recommend them ever and would not have them work on my house if I had to. repair cost for wood and repairs will run around 9,000. Pictures added are around the front door and front edge of the house after metal wrap and vinyl was removed. in other words the installed materials that were suppose to protect the house from damage caused major damage at my expense.

I called this company to get an estimate to replace my patio door which was shattered by a rock. The rep I spoke with couldn't give me any information unless I gave him the manufacture name of the glass. He wouldn't come out to look at it without this information. He said he would just be wasting his and my time. He also knew of no one that could help me without this information.

Great experience. I was blown away by the quality of this company's windows and service. Lifetime Windows and Siding clearly had the superior window with the most reasonable price. Materials and workmanship of topmost quality. Took time to complete all work to highest detail. No cutting corners. Installation ocurred on exact date as scheduled and completed in a thorough and efficient manner. Upon completetion of job, all debris and trash was removed from the site; nothing left behind. All employees were a pleasure to work with and would accept nothing less than my 100% satisfaction. It was refreshing working with a company that lives up to all of its claims of superior service and product.
