+ -1 moreRUN!!! My washing machine has been broken down since 6/30/20. I am still waiting for my washing machine to be repaired. It is terrible. I have been given every excuse in the book of why they have not been back to repair my washing machine. Very poor communication.

+ -1 moreThey came over to repair a refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly and they never really did get it right. I think the person they sent out was the most competent technician. I don't think he knew what he was doing. They just didn't fix the problem. They made some improvements but they didn't fix it.

Description of Work: Very pleased. Needed compressor fixed on side-by-side freezer/refrigerator. The service was wonderful. The serviceman was very respectful and explained everything. We were completely satisfied.....And, now have a much quieter and fully functioning fridge!!
