So far, no problems. 3 mos into lease. They send reputable service people to handle maintenance concerns.

Very poor reception for renter service incidents. You remain more of an inconvenience than a responsible agent to someone else's home. They also hold no responsibility to quality workmanship of their contractors. They assume once they make a call to a contractor, their job is done. There is no back check to ensure work was complete in a timely manner and to satisfaction of the renter/homeowner. Hostile environment of staff was the accepted standard.

They responded quickly to maintenance requests and any issues we had with the property. Rhonda was always on top of helping us. ALL of the staff is friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend them.

Mary Jane Bell, a property manager that I work with, is absolutely world class. She'll do the hard jobs, not the easy ones, and she's good at what she does. I'd recommend her to others in a heartbeat!
