If you can actually get them to your home I believe they do a great job. They are absolutely terrible at answering the phone and calling you back. Been trying to get them to my house for several weeks and literally can’t get them to answer the phone.

They are very good and I didn’t have any problems with them. If I have any issues, they come out. They are reliable and very professional. I don’t have any bugs in my house.

I was satisfied with the last man that came up here. The first man that came, he was supposed to come again on a certain day and he didn't come and I called the manager. I got a resolution and I demanded that I get a different person to come over here and spray. Because I said if he can't keep up with the date and time he is supposed to come, then I don't want him in my house. I would say I would hire them again, but I'm going to try to do it myself. The price was pretty good. I called around before I decided to do business with them.

I called them for service to a rental property 50 miles away. They came the next day, less than 24 hours from when I called them. They are very professional and courteous. Took my credit card over the phone and sent the receipt. I was very impressed with them.

They are very easy to schedule, reliable and available. They will come out the same day I call and are very nice to work with. Thomas is someone I would recommend.

Performed a pest control service for ants, said if they did not get them all, he would re-spray to make it right, no charge. Failed to comeback and er-do when we called, said he would have to charge again for the service. Called their management, they never got back to me after our conservation. Lousy service, not dependable at all. Not true professionals at all.
