Requested estimate for complete re-roof of my double wide mobile home. Chris West of General Structures returned my initial call within minutes, and made arrangements to come out the next morning. He called at scheduled time to state he had been delayed, and could he reschedule for early afternoon. Agreed, and he was at my home promptly as scheduled. I consider this part of my experience to be very professional. Upon his review of property, and our subsequent discussion, Chris promised to get back to me that afternoon with an estimate, and did so within a couple of hours. I thanked him and informed him that I was getting a number of estimates, and would get back to him with a decision soon. When I made the decision to go with General Structures, Chris informed me that because of the period of time that had elapsed, the estimate may have to be changed due to an increase in the price of shingles. He promised to check on that, and upon returning my call, told me the estimate would be increasing for materials only, and quoted me a number that was still quite acceptable to me, and my budget. We agreed to terms, met once again at my home to firm things up on a Friday afternoon. Chris then informed me that weather permitting,his team would be at my residence the following Monday morning, to complete the work. What he failed to tell me was that when his team said they'd be out early, they mean EARLY! I am smiling as I type this as to me and my wife the arrival of the work team early (approx. 7:00 am) illlustrates a willingness to get the job done. And, as it turned out, to get the job done right, and in a professional manner. The work team was very professionsl, respectful, and most of all, hard working. No slackers here. The work was completed in one visit, clean-up was completed as they worked, along with a final walk-around by their foreman, prior to their departure. I would recommend General Structures without any reservation, and I plan to utilize their services in the future.
