Absolutely fantastic job that they did on removing the old floor and installing the new! Rated first class business and we would recommend them at any given time!
Description of Work: We had bought our flooring at Lowes and they had subcontracted Eason's to install it for us. This company has excellent employees. They each were very informative and gave us information that we were needing to know. Each of them have been so courteous, kind and helpful and very neat and clean, not only in the job but in personal dress as well. I Rate this company with a first class STAR and would have them back to do work in our home in the future!

We came upon this company following the purchase of flooring material at Lowes in Goldsboro, NC. Lowes did not do the work but subcontracted out to Easons. Our first contact with Easons was when the boss arrived to measure up for the work that needed doing and a date was set to lift the old, damaged flooring. The Easons crew arrived on time, were very polite and kept us informed as to what was going on. Once the old floor was up and cleared out, we found damage to the sub-floor that was not evident at the start. We were informed by the Eason crew that we could, if we wanted, go ahead and lay the new floor but after talking about the options, we decided to get the damage repaired first. We then returned to Lowes to try and find a contractor to repair the floor but were told they didn't have a carpenter on contract that we could contact. From there, it turned into a and quot;blameand quot; match by Lowes who told Easons that we were unhappy with them. This hindered our search for a contractor but, in the end, we got the work done and Easons returned to lay the new floor. Two guys arrived, again ontime, both were very polite and they told us what they were going to do. They worked well, non stop, until it came to sticking the new vinyl down. There was a delay then because Lowes had sent the wrong stuff! The guys made a phone call and went off to meet their boss half way and bring the right adhesive back with them. The job was finished well after dark but all credit to the guys who just kept on working until it was done. We have nothing but high regard for this company and will use them again for our next flooring project.
Description of Work: Easons were sub-contracted by Lowes in Goldsboro, NC to replace damaged floor tiles with a vinyl which my wife and I had picked out. The job involved Eason in measuring, estimating, taking up the old floor material and laying a new Vinyl flooring.

They did a very poor job. They didn't install the flooring properly. I have cracks in the flooring already. They installed a new marble door jam. It was broken when they installed it. The worker returned and installed another one that wasn't broken. The worker was cutting some of the flooring in the garage and dropped the saw which left a long cut in my garage floor. When he was finished using the grouting he disposed of it on my concrete patio outside. The grouting dried before I knew it was there. I would never hire this company again.
Description of Work: We hired this company to install the linoleum flooring in our kitchen.
