Description of Work: Listened to exactly what we wanted in our house. Kept everything we saw in our price range. Only showed us houses that contained what we wanted. Worked with us and explained everything that was going on.

 + -1 moreThis was the most pleasant and easy home buying experience and I would recommend this company to anyone. I will never buy another home without a buyer's agent! It was wonderful to have Vicky to look after our best interest in both finding and negotiating for our future home. With other real estate agents, who represent sellers as well as buyers, there is a concern that your best interest is not a priority since there are multiple competing interests. With Vicky (strictly a buyer's agent), we had complete confidence and trust that we had someone representing our needs throughout the entire home buying process and the best part was it was a free service to us (as it is lumped into the seller's costs)!
Description of Work: Vicky was our Buyer's Agent when we recently moved to Goldsboro. She set up all appointments and viewings from the time we started our search to the day we signed the contract on our new home. We were lucky to have found this company, as they are the only Buyer's Agents in Goldsboro.

 + -1 moreIt went wonderful. My house sold in a little over four months! I was extremely pleased with Randy both when he helped me buy the house and then when he helped me sell it several years later.
Description of Work: Randy was my real estate agent several years ago when I bought my home in Goldsboro, NC and then he helped me sell it 7 years later when I relocated to Charlotte. He quickly became someone I admired both personally and professionally. He did an awesome job for me and went above and beyond to help me because I was actually already relocated and no longer in town to let the guy in to replace the carpet etc. I highly recommend his services!
