I fell into the outside water faucet on the side of my house. All of a sudden water started shooting out from everywhere and from under the siding. I closed the water off at the street and thought "Now what?" I have three kids, I was in the middle of doing dishes and laundry, hadn't had a shower yet and everything had just come to a grinding halt. I called Bob's, he answered immediately and said he would call me back in a few minutes with an estimated arrival time. About 10 minutes later he called back and said he was on his way. He unscrewed the faucet and it fell out of the wall, I had broken the pipe (which is impressive since I am barely over 100 lbs and I really didn't think I hit it that hard?but whatever). So I looked at Bob and I said, "I need the fastest and easiest solution. That is a horrible place for a faucet, can we just close off the line?" He said, sure that would be the easiest thing to do and within 10 minutes the water was back on and they were on their way and it cost me less than $100! They are now my new go to guys for plumbing (hopefully I won't be breaking any more faucets though)!
