+ -1 moreJohnny and Mark were amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Johnny saved our barn and rescued the project after it had been destroyed by a prior incompetent hire. We are so thankful for his kindness and skills. Hands down we would use him again. Highly recommend to keep your property safe and well kept.

Description of Work: They were very knowledgeable and alerted me to various aspects of the type of roof that I have and issues that I needed to be wary of. They fixed the roof leaks - thus extending the life for another three years. They also vented the bath exhaust fans, leveled several patio pavers which were a trip hazard. They cleaned and secured loose gutters as well as repaired gutter leaks. |

Description of Work: Removed half bath vanity & sink from basement and replaced with utility sink & cabinet. Installed an additional and reinforced the existing handrail for the basement stairwell. Reconfigured and installed a tiffany hanging light fixture in the dining room. Installed a tiffany hanging light fixture over the kitchen table. Reconfigured and installed triple hanging light fixture above the kitchen sink. Replaced existing ceiling light fixture in kitchen entryway. Installed a wall cabinet on the main floor half bath. Cleaned the leaves out of the gutters.

+ -1 moreThe job was professionally done. John White was knowledgeable and willing to edify as well as share the pluses and pitfalls of the work he was doing. I learned a lot about roofs and this roof in particular. It would be a major inconvenience to replace the roof at this time and he gave me one to three years. For roof replacement, I will call White Boys Construction. In addition to the roof, I will be calling White Boys Construction to handle the following projects: a half bath installation and renovation of the laundry room to accommodate the physical limitations of my mother. John White said that he has been doing construction in every aspect for 30 years and the efficiency, time, workmanship, professionalism and honesty testify to that. I felt that his pricing was extremely reasonable, considering the amount of work that was done, not to mention the huge relief that I felt.
Description of Work: Repaired and sealed roof leaks - postponing the need for immediate roof replacement; installed attic vents for two bathroom exhaust fans; remounted all fallen away gutters; remedied gutter/roof design-flaw causing excess water runoff; leveled several 16" patio-pavers thus eliminating a serious trip hazard for my elderly mother.
