"Did not follow thru on my instructions. We had to be out of town for medical reasons while the job was being done. I was assured my instructions would be followed. They were not. Damage was done to our garage doors siding & was ;fixed;. Cement has been splattered on our garage doors. A city sidewall was damaged by his equipment. He did not properly grade the driveway. He did not clean up the rocks in our lawn from demolition of old driveway & told us that was our responsibility. Concrete is expensive. Now I live with a job I am not 100% happy with. Yes, he is a nice guy & pleasant to talk with, but I am still living with his work. My advice? Pay a little more get a better outcome. "
