Bo was so easy to work with. He returned my initial contact promptly, always returned e-mails with questions in a timely manner, and was on time for the day of the job. He explained the process and what to expect in the drying time. Everything looks great, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Excellent! Responded promptly to my first phone call, was prompt in arriving on set day, paid lots of attention to detail on cleaning the pieces. Pieces look like new! I didn't get prices from anyone else so I don't know how the cost might compare with other providers. I would use this provider again.
Description of Work: Cleaned three pieces of furniture that had not been cleaned before (except for a little spot cleaning): full-sized sofa (12 years old), recliner (17 years old), recliner (10 years old). Furniture had some pet marking stains along skirts and lots of general dirt ground into upholstery.
