Arrived on time to fix a leak but never finished the job. After re scheduling he never showed. Called to ask if I owed any money for initial visit but no returned call. Had to hire another plumber.

The provider did not close the holding tank valve which drained our holding tank and emptied the spring water in three other locations on our property. This year the provider did not draining the holding tank correctly resulting in the piping to the house to burst. The provider did not drain the kitchen water filter causing the filter to crack under the kitchen sink. The provider did not drain the pipes connected to the washing machine shut off valve causing us to have a burst pipe. The provider would not return to replace the piping nor did the provider replace the crack water filter. We have discontinued using this provider.

I called Glenville Plumbing to re-connect a water line to my outside spigot. The owner came to my house and proceeded to give me ridiculous reasons why this could not be done. He said he'd have to tear out my bathroom ceiling, drill through the wall, etc. etc. I couldn't understand why this type of major work would be required since there is an open space under my condo (an unfinished space under the building that is accessible) and the water line had previously been connected. The owner was very negative and condescending, and just didn't seem the least bit interested in doing the job, but he charged me for the service call. After that, I hired another plumber to come hook up the water line, and he easily accessed the area under the building and did the hook-up in less than one-half hour.

The responsiveness was good. I would use this company again.
