+ -1 moreHe was suppose to arrive between 9-10. I called him at 11 and he said he "OK, I'll come over." He arrived at 12. I wonder if he had any intentions of coming at all. He replaced the capacitor, but he should have replaced the contacts. His repair worked that day, but by the evening the unit was non functional. He never returned my calls to come back and correct the work. I hired a different company to do the job.
Description of Work: He was hired to fix the heat pump. He cleaned the units as well and said that he checked them out out make sure they were working properly.
