+ -1 moreThey came back once because I called them. they had nail holes all over my house where they installed the wood. They tried to patch them, but they shouldn't have been patched. They should have been replaced by other wood. I've now called 3-4 times because nails are coming up. Finally his wife emailed me, she didn't know he hadn't returned the calls. He came out and told me that he had to contact Bruce Flooring before he could do anything. I can't get them to come back and do any more work. He says it's not his problem because that's what Bruce Flooring told him. I even have a box of flooring that I offered him to use for free. I now have a floor with nail holes, nails coming out and it's even cracking when I walk on it.
