After installation there were a number of quality issues. The company was extremely slow in responding to these issues. Eventually all initial problems were corrected. However our biggest concern stems from a blind that became stuck more than 6 weeks ago. For more than 6 weeks the owner has promised to have the installer come over to fix our problem. Now the owner has not returned repeated calls. We would never recommend anyone use this company because of extremely POOR Customer Service.
Description of Work: We hired this company to install blinds throughout our new home in Gastonia Cramer Woods neighborhood.
