garbage collection
+ -1 moreLast December, I was sent a mailer to "update my records" with the company. I was supposed to sign it if all my information was correct. I was about to sign it when I noticed the small print at the bottom. It stated that if I signed the form, I would become obligated with a two year contract with automatic renewals. I would end up with fines if I broke their contract. I have no problem with signing a contract. They did not have to be sneaky by not telling me. I called them up and told them that I wanted to discontinue my service with them if I had to sign a contract that way. They told me then that I did not have to sign it if I did not want to and they would still pick up my garbage. I have been dealing with this company for years. I have no other complaints, but there is no need to sign a contract. I will continue to use this service in the future as they do good work, but it was just not professional at all.
Description of Work: I have no contract with this company but they have been hired as my regular garbage collector.
