OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. PHIL, THE PLUMBER, WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE JOB COST JUST WHAT HE SAID. THERE WERE NO HIDDEN COSTS, AND WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: REPLACED WATER SUPPLY PIPE FROM METER TO HOUSE, INSTALLED NEW SHUT OFF VALVE, AND PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE AND HAVE INSPECTED BY GASTON COUNTY.

HE IS A VERY POSITIVE PERSON AND HAVING HIM HERE REALLY HAD A POSITIVE IMPACT ON ME AND MY FAMILY. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND I WILL PROBABLY CALL HIM BACK WHEN I HAVE SOME CARPENTRY WORK DONE. ONCE THE CARPENTRY WORK IS DONE, THE PLUMBING WILL NEED TO BE DONE. A LOT OF THE ITEMS THAT HE FIXED WERE ERRORS THAT A PREVIOUS CONTRACTOR HAD MADE.
Description of Work: WE DISCUSSED HOW OUR TOILET STOPS UP A LOT. HE SUGGESTED REPLACING THE FLAPPER AND USING CHEAPER TOILET PAPER. IT DOES WORK BETTER NOW. HE DISCOVERED A FAUCET THAT DID NOT HAVE A SEAL AND HE INSTALLED THE SEAL. HE REPLACED THE PIPES UNDER THE SINK AND INSTALLED THE CORRECT TRAP. NOW IT WORKS GREAT. HE SHIMMED UP A COMMODE THAT ROCKED. HE SNAKED OUT THE SHOWER THAT NEVER DRAINED.

PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT HE WAS GOOD. HES TERRIFIC,A VERY METIVULOUS GUY. HE RE-DID PLUMBING IN 2 BATHROOMS FOR MEMBER, A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF WORK, ALWAYS NEAT & CLEAN, PUTS CARDBOARD IN TUB BEFORE STANDING IN IT.
