In May 2021, I spoke to Tracy about my crabapple tree, which was infected with a fungus. On June 7, 2021, I sent him a photo of the tree and asked for an estimate, which he gave me, and I asked him when he could schedule it. He replied that "we are normally a couple weeks out but I will see if I can get to you sooner." On June 15, I texted him and he replied "it looks like it will be next week. I will check schedule when I get into office today." On June 27, I saw a Treescapes sign at a neighbor's yard (around the corner) where two trees had been cut down. I texted him again, and he said that I was scheduled for the week of the 4th. On July 12, I still was waiting and texted him, "Maybe this week?" As there was no further response from him, I called the office on July 13 and left a message for him with the receptionist and asked for him to text me with a "ballpark" of when he would come. Since then, I have received no further texts, no phone calls, and Treescape has been in my neighborhood again. Since I walk every day, I am very aware when signs appear in yards! Although I have sprayed both crabapples, both are infected now, and the other one will need to come down as well. Since I planted them, it is very hard for me to watch them die, covering my yard with dead leaves, and then, to deal with the disappointment of a company not bothering to keep their commitment.

These mens are excellent in what they do. They know what needs to be done.

We just moved into the house a few months ago and there's a huge pine tree in the front yard and it looked like the previous owners had it trimmed before and it looked horrible. Treescape came out the day I called and took a look and was able to come out the next day and they did a wonderful job they reshaped the tree to fix where it was trimmed previously and got rid of the troublesome branches going over the driveway and house. They were very friendly and respectful of our property and did a great job at cleaning up! We will be hiring them again to remove a tree in the backyard. They had no problems getting the branches that went over the main power line to the house I didn't have to worry about them damaging anything!

PERFECT! Called to get an estimate and Ron came out within 15 minutes. I thought the price was fair and he had a crew on site within 30 minutes to handle the job. The tree and stump were GONE within an hour! The crew chief was nice and they left nothing behind from a cleanup standpoint. I will use these guys again for any tree work and would HIGHLY recommend Ron and the team!!

Ron's team arrived on time, went to work and in three hours removed the tree, ground the stump, removed dead limbs from two other trees, fertilized the trees and cleaned up completely. Ron's company has done other work for several other neighbors in our neighborhood. That is how I found his company. Referrals are always the best and we are so pleased to have used this company. We highly recommend TREESCAPE to all!

Ron at Treescape was a pleasure to work with. He has done work for me three times in the past year for tree removal, trimming as well as deep fertilization for my cypress trees. He is polite, professional, does great work! Highly recommend!

Amazing! They were right on time, courteous, did exactly what was discussed.

After the last big wind (Michael) we lost half a tree that needed to be totally removed and the stump ground out, plus a separate large branch needed to be cut back. Due to the weather, this was a busy time and our job was a little delayed, but there was no urgent need to complete especially since others had trees on roofs, etc. Workmen were thoroughly professional and a pleasure to watch. They worked efficiently and cleaned up completely. I plan to contact thembagain in early spring for additional work.

Tracy Philbeck said my tree was just fine and was not in any danger of falling. He did suggest I take the tree out because of the proximity to the house. I told him I would wait a couple of years while I plant another tree farther from the house. I don't want to lose the shade from that tree right now. He said it would cost $550 to take the tree out and grind down the stump. He said it would cost just as much to prune the tree as it would to take it out.

Perfectly! All five workers and the owner came and met us at exactly the time arranged and we all agreed we were on the same page for the work to be done. We have a massive amount of trees and they were aware of exactly which ones to cut down. They were friendly, professional, courteous and expert and efficient at their job. They left not a single stick or leaf on the ground, in fact, I told my husband it looked better than before they came they did such a superb clean up. Even blew the sawdust off the road! Price was extremely reasonable. You will NOT regret using their services, I assure you!

Treescape did excellent work. They were responsive, professional, and polite. I got three quotes from highly rated tree companies and I was not only the most comfortable with Treescape but they gave the best price. Work was done fast with minimal disturbing of our lawn.

Timely response from initial contact, to meeting with rep, to actual work getting done. Rep recommended remediation to avoid having to cut down tree unnecessarily.

The estimator came on time to look over the job. And the crew showed up when scheduled. They worked through rain showers, and were swift and efficient. The clean-up was very good and small limbs were fed into a chipper and the rounds of the pine trunk were hauled away. Crew is a good group.

I am very pleased with the service, and would hire again. They all were very professional.

When Rondell and his crew came out, the crew methodically and precisely went from one end of the property to the other. They checked in with me several times as the day progressed and answered all my questions. Rondell and all the crew were a delight to work with and left the property in great shape. They also worked with me on costs - I highly recommend this company and will work with them when I need tree work done.

Rondel and Treescape were very professional. They were the first company to respond to my estimate request and they took the time to really discuss both the process and my options. There price was very competitive with the other estimates I got and I choose them based on how I was treated by their representative Rondel. The got me on their work schedule quickly, came on time, finished as planned and left the yard beautiful. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

The service was professional and the workers were very polite and responsive to requests. This is our second time using Treescapes and we would definitely use them again.
