Quoted one price--but after completing the work the price increased by over $600 and we only added one minor adjustment! He was angered by the questions with regard to the price and request to negotiate price and pulled his company from the city permit! John Toeler was hot tempered and not professional!
Description of Work: Updated plumbing to a smaller rental property.

Everything went very well. All of the work was completed in one afternoon. He was very professional and did a lot of cutting and fitting of pipes. All of the debris was cleaned and everything looked very clean.
Description of Work: Replaced a hot water heater and installed a expansion tank and new shut-off valves for the house.

WE REALLY NEEDED ASSISTANCE; WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, LEFT OUR OFFICE (BOTH SELF AND HUSBAND) AND HOME NUMBERS AND THEY NEVER RETURNED ANY OF THE CALLS.
