Johan was able to come out quickly to see the project and give as an estimate that night. He was able to send someone out the next day to start the project. Johan did great communicating with me through out the whole process. He even sent someone back out when I looked at the work and was unsure if all the work that should have been done was completed. I sent him pictures and again he communicated well on when he could send someone out to fix and complete the work. I am satisfied with what was done.

Bathroom,Excellent Job, drywall looks very nice,replaced ceiling with new waterproof Sheetrock and fixed other holes and damage. Also done new flush ceiling lights over vanity and shower and walk entrance, replaced insulation in ceiling, new fan and vent work,new receptacle,primed and painted walls.Johana,Darwin,Edgar are very nice and Prepared area before doing work and cleaned areas after there work was completed.Thanks again John and Christy will definitely be using them again and recommend anyone needing reliability and Excellent work on any of your homes needs!!!!!!!!!!☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

An electrical project resulted in five access holes in my garage drywall. I did an Angi search leading to Tic Go. Johan contacted me last Saturday, I texted him pictures, he sent a fair quote and did the work yesterday - just 48 hours later. He and his helper did an excellent job. The end result was five smooth patches ready for paint with minimal residual dust. They were on time as promised, took their shoes off when walking through the house, did all the compound mixing on the tailgate of their truck. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Very pleased. Johan, did everything he stated he would do, and he did it extremely well. It was important to set standards and expectations in this job as it is a high profile, 15 month, 1907 Farmhouse, in a most detailed and complex renovation. Johan coordinated four separate crews, they were all respectful, and hardworking, and the key in working with Latin American labor if you do not speak Spanish, is to be appreciative, kind, and thoughtful in your mannerisms and use a Google Translation Application. We seek firstly, Latin American labor, extend every courtesy to the laborer, holding to our outlined standards. We may not always see eye to eye, but we always get to yes, and have for 15 months. Our biggest takeaway, Johan brought everyone up from Charlotte, keeping his word, and doing a beautiful job. Johan will always be a welcome part of one of the most expensive and extensive 1900 sq foot Farmhouse renovations in Western NC.

Tic Go LLC helped us with some drywall work in our home co skating or removing strips and finishing our walls to our manufactured home. Johan was very professional and gave us a quick and exceptional quote for work to be completed. Raul came to complete the project shortly after and completed the job in a timely manner meeting all our expectations! He was timely, respectful of us and our home, a pleasure to be around, and did a phenomenal job! Johan, the owner, stayed in touch during the project to ensure we were satisfied, a special touch from a small company. We would absolutely hire Tic Go LLC for our future projects!

I highly recommend Tic Go LLC. After contacting them for a quote Johan got back to me instantly with a reasonable price and Raul came out the next day to get the job done. He was extremely courteous and professional and did a wonderful job with the drywall in our bathroom. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed

There was an issue with the initial repair, after a lot of back and forth with the owner they finally corrected the issue. However the owner continuously try to get me to adjust my rating to 5, before the corrections were even done and good faith, I agree to adjust my rating of work once the work was completed. I informed the owner that I will adjust my rating after it was done. However the owner contacted me after the following day harassing me again about the rating, after I told him that I will adjust it afterward. I would not hire this business and they should remove from Angi, because the owner will constantly hound you to get him a 5 star rating. Regardless with the quality of work or the lack luster of customer service he provide.

Very quick, friendly, and good was performed as agreed upon. There were no surprises.

It went great I have to say he was well prepared and informative when answering my questions on work plan and scheduling and quality of materials he would be using and for being a tight time frame of moving things along quickly and communicating to allow carpet contractor to get in and do his work I'd say it went great I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tic go

Johan has done multiple jobs for us, and we are so pleased. He is meticulous and takes pride in his work. He does not consider the work complete until the client is happy.
