carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThey always do a nice job! I have hired them on and off for about the 8 years. They are dependable and provide a quality service. The carpet dries completely by the end of the day. I have one trouble with them though, and I understand the workers are required to do it, but they try to sell me other products.
Description of Work: I hired them to clean 5 rooms of carpeting.

+ -1 moreI made an appointment early in the week for 5PM on Thursday. 5PM because I work and there is no one at home during the day. I received a voicemail message from Robert at 11AM on Thursday advising me that the crew was on its way. Huh? My appointment is for 5PM! I called and asked what was going on. He said that his crew was done with their other jobs and I was next. I told him that I am at work and can't be there until 5PM. He said he would have to cancel my appointment. I had to be out of my rental unit that night or face a loss of my deposit. I found another carpet cleaner on short notice but I am still stunned by the arrogance of this company and it's disdain for its customers.
Description of Work: Stanley Steemer cancelled my carpet cleaning appointment because it wasn't convenient for them to wait until my scheduled time.
