Description of Work: "Great Builder to work with. Contracted a new finished room, from foundation to finish work. Matches existing trim and looks like it was built originally when the house was constructed in 1962. Insulation and windows are a lot better. | |Very reliable, this is my second big project with Tim."

From foundation work to the finished product the work was terrific. Tim worked with all local subs, and the coordination was excellent. There were no code issues, with the city. The cement work was complicated by an underground structur that was not anticipated, but the issue was resolved and the results matched the drawings. Wood, and components, doors, windows, roof, and facia were better than anticipated.
Description of Work: Built a large workshop, adjoining a Gazebo and Potting Shed, Brick dwarf wall, and Hardy Board siding, fully insulated and finished inside and out. It is a lovely wood working shop.
