He is a sloppy worker. He never advised that he would charge me a diagnostic test fee. He didn’t say anything about charging me a fee u til I called him to tell him the power disconnect was missing. He told me it’s there (which I had already looked everywhere and couldn’t find it). He said he’s not worried about it missing because when he comes to fix it in 2 weeks he would just replace it. So I then had to ask him who said he was to come back and repair in 2 weeks? And he said I told him that which I never said that. Not only that but when I was leaving my house the next day, I saw a really bright light on and the door to my basement wide open, and I went to look and he has left the door wide open and light on and claims it was like that when he got there which that wasn’t true either. Finally when I told him he needed to check his tool box for that power disconnect that was missing he told me where he put it. He hid it inside of a tube so no one could find it. And told me to Zelle him $90.00 for his imaginary diagnostic test fee. The worst person I have ever met in my life. You cannot trust him or hire him for any work. I don’t even know if he diagnosed my furnace properly at this point.
