The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I tried scheduling an appointment for an estimate and my calls went unreturned. I was finally able to schedule for a week and a half after my initial contact - and Travis never showed up at my house.

Travis was quick to come out and assess the problem and give us an estimate for mold remediation. He stated a drying team would be out the next morning to start the drying out process. The next day no one ever showed up. I placed at least 6 calls directly to Travis and never received a response. Needless to say we went with another company.
Description of Work: Had a leaky dishwasher that caused water damage to the kitchen and water damage and mold in the crawl space.
