 + -1 moreUnfortunately he couldn?t fix it. I thought that it could have picked up some virus off the internet. Mr.Nueman came and looked at the computer. He tried to work on it and made several suggestions. He told me that I have to take out the programs that I had on it and reload them. It turned out that it was not necessary. I found another company who were able to correct the problem with much less difficulty. Mr. Nueman did not charge me for the help that he tried to render. He was courteous and prompt. He was probably knowledgeable in certain things related to computer, but obviously he didn?t know everything. I would probably give him another try in the future.
Description of Work: Nueman Technologies came to fix some problem with my computer about two months ago.

 + -1 moreVery professional, from prompt answering of the phone, through thorough logging in and tagging of the equipment, to phone calls when the work was complete. They also make house calls, but since we had laptops it was easier for us to take them to their small, but neat storefront.
Description of Work: My son's laptop had crashed and he had used the recovery disk, destroying all his data files. For $45, the company analyzed the problem. Unfortunately, they were not able to recover the data (as both they and we had suspected, they estimated only a 30% chance). That could have been it. However, we were so pleased with their service that we paid them an extra $125 each to tune up both his and my wife's laptop, which has made them boot up and run much better.
