The exterminator sprayed the openings and explained the in's and outs of yellow jacket nests to me. He advised me to call him back if they were still flying around the openings the following day. They were all gone! I have not seen one yellow jacket since the treatment. Thanks Nixon Exterminating! Lori

I am a big fan! I am not losing them. I have been using them ever since I moved into the house. Matter of fact, the guy that comes every time I have his personal cell and if I have any issues I call him directly and he makes a special visit and I don't have to pay any extra. He has actually been servicing this house that I live in since it was built.

I used this company to remove Fire Ants from my yard. They were very professional and friendly. On the day of service they showed up a few minutes early and made sure that I knew exactly what would be done prior to them starting the treatment. I highly recommend using them to anyone.

They did exactly what they said they would do, dig trenches around the foundation inside and out of the crawl space and put the chemicals in to the ground. We haven't seen any ants since the treatment either.

They are very polite and come every month without fail.

Carl Byrd of Nixon Exterminating called me back first thing the next morning after I had left a message late afternoon the previous day. I was seeing yellow jacket bees flying in to a room of my home (bedroom) and so needed urgent help to treat them. Carl came right down within an hour of our discussion by phone, gave me a quote, and arrived shortly. He was very friendly and professional and took time to educate me on bee activity. He was able to locate where the bees were entering the house, suited up, and then sprayed a chemical safe to humans and other animals in to the entry. I would definitely use his services again. Not many companies in this area will help with bees!

I called to let them know where and what the problem was with the ants. They came out sprayed and said they would come back if that did not resolve the problem. I was not able to be home but they left the bill in the back door. I did not have to call them back. The ants were taken care with the first visit.

I chose three local companies that had A ratings in Angie's List as well as a couple of them having other recommendations. I chose companies that varied in size from small to somewhat large, expecting their price to follow their size. That is not necessarily so in this case. All three companies had technicians to come to the house for an inspection and to take measurements of the perimeter of the house's foundation. All provided written proposals. The choice then came down to the most reasonable price based on all three having proposed the same work. A date for the work was chosen based on the weather being dry on that date. The Nixon technicians arrived at the appointed time and promptly began their work. the work was completed by mid-afternoon. Everything went smoothly and the technicians left no debris or dust from their work which involved drilling many, many holes into concrete or the brick foundation. A follow-up inspection by me gave me the satisfaction that the work was as they had proposed. A am very satisfied with my choice of Nixon Extermination for the work.

I was particularly impressed that he noted other issues that I need to address..leaking shower pan, damaged dryer vent, drain issue with A/C unit. He certainly didn't have to do any of this, but in the course of his inspection he noted these items and wanted to call it to our attention. That's EXCELLENT service, and he really went above and beyond!! Great experience working with Lee Clayton in the office...he is very responsive and fit us into the schedule very quickly.

We pay them per visit. We keep going back to them because they are easy to get hold of, they stand behind their product, and they will come back out in between their quarterly visits if you need them. If you see bugs, they will come back out even if it is not on your schedule. They always send the same technician, so it's nice not to have a strange person coming in your house every time. The technician actually calls me directly to set up my appointments so that I am available when he comes. It's always him that shows up. He shows up when he says he will. He is here for 10 minutes and he is done. He collects my check so I don't have to put anything through the mail. They are just easy to work with. He always calls me when it is just about time for me to have him come back out again so that he can get me on his calendar. They do a real good job.

I HAD THE WHOLE HOUSE TREATED FOR INSECTS.
