The guys let us know that are house was not grounded and that our electrical box is aging. Within two days they had replaced the box and grounded our house. They were very professional and did a good job. The owner was also engaged, checking to make sure we were happy. Finally, we forgot to tell the guys we found them on Angie’s List and we paid the full amount. When I realized we should have received 10% off, I emailed the owner and he immediately wrote us a check for $420! Great company. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Electric of Gastonia. Daniel and Matt explained all the issues with the old panel and I decided to have it replaced along with a whole house serge protector. While they were here they kept me informed of what they were doing and how the job was progressing and when they were done they cleaned up. Daniel and Matt were always on time and they called ahead when they were on their way. Brian set up my appointment times and scheduled me for the electrical inspection so I didn't have to do any of that. The inspector was here this morning and told me that it was really nice to see good quality electrical work. I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends, I am happy with the job they did for me.

Very well. Daniel and Matt arrived within the window. I got an email right before they got here with a photo of Daniel. They performed efficiently and in a very professional manner. Because there were unexpected items that needed to be taken care of, it was more than I had budgeted, but knowing your main circuit box is up to code is worth the peace of mind. Friendly, professional service. The workers showed up on time and did the work in a timely manor. They cleaned up after themselves and shook my hand as they left. I had 3 other contractors come and qoute this project, but went with Mr. Electric and I am glad I did. The representative from Mr. Electric of Gastonia performed an inspection of our home and pointed out some items we were unaware of and we plan on having them do this work at a later time. For the work that we requested they were prompt, professional and the quality of their work was exceptional. With the amount of work we requested we figured for this to be an all day affair, and though it did run several hours it was done prior to what we envisioned. The cost of the work was also surprising in that it was much cheaper than we were expecting. We would go to this company first for any future electrical work.

They came when they said they would. They send you an email/text to let you know who is coming to your house. They are fast friendly and reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
