They never called me back. I finally called them and they were so busy that I was just to wait until they called. Finally I just gave up.

He was very courteous and professional. He quickly finished the job and asked how many keys we would like. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them.

Lytten Locksmith was a recommendation from my neighbor. She has been using him for years, and he is local (which I really like). The gentleman came in, looked at each of the locks and got right to work. He had all the locks re-keyed in about 25 minutes. At the last minute I realized that I needed a key made for an old cabinet, and he was more than happy to make a key for me.

It is often the little things that tell you volumes about the people that you are dealing with. I could say and quot;extremely fast service on a day that I needed a quick turnaround.and quot; and leave it at that. But there is so much more to my story than a great service experience. They treated me like family on a small job that none of the other locksmiths in the area would even bother with. Well, it was very important to me and to my son. He had lost the key to his saxophone case and needed the instrument for his school. Let me tell you, to an 12 year old it was a very big deal .. an end of the world big deal. So I began calling different locksmiths in the area. Nobody was interested in even trying to pick the lock. I heard over and over the same thing - and quot;Go to a music store and see if they can helpand quot;. and quot;Go to a pawn shop, I'm sure they run into this all of the timeand quot;. I called the area music stores and pawn shops, but they could not help me either. I had about given up. And then I called Lytten Locksmiths' number. They listened to the problem and said they'd be happy to try to pick the lock. When I arrived at their store they didn't make me wait until it was convenient for them .. they dropped everything and took care of my problem. They somehow knew it was real important to a little kid. I wish that they could have seen his face when I dropped the sax off at his school in time for his class. Whenever I need a locksmith in the future, I will definitely be calling them first. Given a choice, I'd rather deal with people that consider my problem, large or small, their problem. The owner was very nice but only performs residential work and could not help me.

He is good. They are easy to work with. It's a small town kind of locksmith. We had an incident in our home. It was an emergency so we needed the house rekeyed. They came out within 36 hours and did the job. We moved into the house and nobody provided the keys to the locks on the windows. They made the keys to fit the locks on the windows so that we could get into these windows and be able to open our windows so that we had egress through the house. They are really accommodating and will do anything you ask them to do. They are prompt. When they say they are going to be here, they are here. The people are very friendly both on the phone and the people who show up to do the work at home. They are like a mom and pop shop. They actually seem to care. When they heard about the incident in our house, they were concerned and their voices too showed it. They actually made an effort to clear their schedule so they could come out and help us get our house rekeyed. I thought they were very accommodating and understanding and willing to help us out during our situation. They are on my list of people. I would never call anyone else if I needed a key service again. It wasn't expensive. I was expecting it to be a lot of money.
