+ -1 moreHe cut down 6 trees and ground 5 stumps. He tore down an old fence and built half of a new one. He tore down the retaining wall and did a very shoddy job rebuilding the wall (I had to show him directions from Lowe's on how to do this.) The grading that he did was sub par. There are still tractor and tire tracks all over my yard. I ended up having to pay an extra $1,000.00 on top of what he had quoted me. James will not answer my calls and fails to grade the yard properly and finish the fence.
Description of Work: James was supposed to perform a landscape renovation.James was supposed to cut down 6 trees, grind the stumps, re-seed the entire yard. He was going to tear down my fence and rebuild. He was going to tear down an old retaining wall and build a new one. He was also going to grade the entire yard. I chose this company because of his price. Apparently, it was too good to be true.
