Fabulous! He's a great, down-to-Earth kind of guy who knows his business. Both repairs were done on time, professionally and reasonably priced. Joe has become our go-to guy for appliance repairs.

I have a couple of rental properties that have had appliances repaired. I have and will continue to use Joe as he is punctual, reasonable on price and reliable. I highly recommend Joe. To date he has fixed 2 ovens, and a refrigerator. He will let you know what he will fix if it is below a certain price (I believe its a $100 but don't quote me) and if it goes over, he calls and lets you know. The is also only a service fee if he fixes the appliance. THIS IS RARE IN THIS INDUSTRY and shows you how good of a repairman he is!

My washer stopped working late Friday afternoon. I called Mr. Bracket early the next morning (Saturday) and he came right out. He was able to fix the bad sensor on my machine with parts in his truck. He had my washer working in short order! Very professional, nice and easy going. A pleasure to work with, honest and reliable. Reasonably priced. Will call on him again if needed. Highly recommended!

Mr. Brackett was called on a Friday at approx. 5 p.m. He answered the phone cheerfully, even though he was currently on vacation. He was quick to tell me when he was able to come--Tuesday in the afternoon. After phone calls to numerous other providers who could only promise Tuesday, too, I called him back and quickly made an appointment for Tuesday. Mr. Brackett was friendly, prompt and efficient in his work. He called prior to coming, and arrived on time. He was cordial in conversation and attended well to the matter at hand, answering whatever questions I had about the work. He fixed and aligned my freezer and refrigerator doors for a better seal. He adjusted and fixed the seals to keep the cool air in the fridge/freezer. He reapplied the vent grate that was (for me) continually falling off, and it seems to be staying in place. Overall, I was very pleased with his work. He charged a fair price. I would definitely hire him again if needed. Thanks, Joe Brackett!

I called Joe's Appliance Service this morning thinking I would need to schedule a visit in a few days, but he was able to come today. I thought I had a leak with my washer and Joe took it apart and discovered there was nothing wrong with my washer. The air conditioning unit in my apartment (in the same closet) was leaking and water had pooled under the washer. He showed me the leak and suggested I record it with my smart phone so I could show the apartment management that it is in fact leaking. He put the washer back together and did not even charge as much as his normal service call would have been. Joe is extremely professional and courteous. I recommend him very highly and if I have need of any other appliance repairs, he will be the only person I will call!

He was excellent; and he was affable, competent and very efficient.

Joe was great....I talked to him last night, explained the problem, gave a model number and Joe was able to come out around 11.30 this morning, with the part in hand, to fix the heating element in our oven. Great service!!

We took his advice and it worked out great.

Joe called his supplier and provided the model and serial numbers. Could not find the right door for the freezer. He told me that he did not want to try to change the door unless I wanted to have it changed. Furthermore he suggested I purchase a new freezer because the cost of a new door and labor would be about the price of a new freezer, maybe more. I appreciated his honesty. Someone else would probably do the job and charge a ridiculous price. Also my neighbor had him to come out and check his washing machine. His washing machine was beyond repair. Being honest, Joe told my neighbor he needed a new machine because it would not be worth fixing the old one. I offered to pay Joe for coming to my home and checking my problem. He told me there is no charge and was sorry he could not help me. I really think Joe was an honest person. .

He was very punctual and called before he arrived, fitting us in the same day we called. I particularly appreciate this since it is Friday and all repair places are closed on the weekend. Needless to say, having clothes that did not dry the first time around and then having it stop altogether was not a good thing! He had to replace a fuse in our Maytag Dryer and checked to be sure that it was working correctly. He also checked the vent outside to be sure that air was blowing out of the vent. He was very pleasant and professional, as well as reasonably priced. He had the part he needed for our dryer on his truck, thereby preventing a wait to get the part! He is definitely not "out of business!" We will call him in the future!

I was away for a 4-day weekend and upon my return I went directly to the grocery store. I came home with fresh food about 6 p.m. only to find my refrigerator was warm inside. I immediately consulted Angie's List, called Joe, and he came directly over, even though it was a national holiday and well past dark at that point. Joe had the necessary replacement part on his truck, he switched it out with a smile, and was in and out of my home in less than an hour. Another day and the entire contents of my refrigerator and freezer would have been a total loss. He's a superhero to me.

Joe came to the house, found the problem with my H E washer. the problem was solved the same day, he was very polite and professional. the price was very reasonable.

He put a sensor on there to try to get the fridge to work, but had no luck. He came out to my home same day, he was here within a hour or so. He was very nice and easy to work with.

He came out and solved the problem right away. I have used them in the past for repairs on other appliances. They are reliable, and know what they are doing. They never have had to come back after fixing something.
