+ -1 moreFernando and an associate came to our house promptly to provide a quote for installing and refinishing our floors. The quote was reasonable and Fernando was friendly and respectful. My husband and I were set on using them for extensive work in our home. Fernando planned to get back to us on an additional quote for a small portion of the work. However, he did not call back when he said he would. After calling them repeatedly for almost a week, with no response, we have decided to go with a more responsible and reliable company. These guys are nice, but with hardwood floors -- you so often need them to be reliable on timing (as frequently other work depends on when the floors get done).
Description of Work: Extensive refinishing and replacement/installation of hardwoods throughout home.

Description of Work: HE REMOVED THE CARPET FROM MY HOME AND REPLACED IT WITH 3/4 INCH HARDWOOD FLOORS. HE BROUGHT OUT SAMPLES WENT OVER ALL MY OPTIONS.
