+ -1 moreThe whole process was going good. Everything looked ok. I noticed a few areas that was not cover by the spray foam. Called the vendor and let him know. He said he would come back in a few weeks and correct the problem. I called the vendor after a few weeks and ask again when he was coming back. same answer. After a couple more calls. He never should up to fix the problem.

+ -1 moreMike was quick to respond to my request for quote. Was very knowledgable with all aspects of foam application. The job was in a hard to reach area above the drop ceiling in our basement. He completed the work to my satisfaction and in one day. The overall experience was great. Would hire again.
Description of Work: Sprayed closed cell foam on sill plate and brick curtain wall. Applied open cell foam in one area where access was limited.

He and his worker were ontime and did the work in a very profesional mannor. I would not hesitate to use MIKE for any insulating job.

Foam Insulators of NC offers the following services: Our most unique product is "InsuSmart" a non-expanding foam designed for stud wall cavities of older homes which may not have insulation or may have fiberglass batts which are allowing air penitration."InsulSmart" can be injected in homes with Wood & vinyl siding as well as brick homes. "Insulsmart" has great acoustical properties and has been used in many sound proofing applications such as churchs, home theater, doctor, lawyer offices and to stop traffic noise. We also apply open & closed cell
We don't provide services using fiberglass or celulose insulation. Our goal is to provide products which will offer the most comfort,energy savings & long term value. As we do application of sound attenuation for traffic noise we don't do windows. We have found many customers have puchased windows for this that simply don't work. We will not do something that doesn't work. If we can't fix your acoustical issue we will help find someone who can.
