I had Mr. Absher's business card for 5 years, do not know why maybe I thought he was affiliated with the gentleman that put my system in 6 years ago, but has since sold the business. Does not matter. I called after I had someone come out 3 1/2 weeks ago that I thought serviced my system. I initially had called them with a problem and then a day later it was working so I changed it to a service but I wanted to know why it stopped working It stopped working again 3 1/2 weeks later and they came out said it needed a part and that they were going to have to order and said he was not sure how long it would stay working. Something to me did not seem right. I was told everything looked good when I thought it was being serviced and I do realize things can break, something felt wrong. . Mr.Absher thought he had fixed it but said he would probably have to come back to do some service on it. I said I had that done 3 weeks ago. He also said if it was not fixed, call back anytime and they would be out. Well it was dark and I now had a back up heat so I called him left a message that it quit again said do not come out tonight or Sunday even tho he said he would anytime. I just asked that he call me if he was able to be back Monday 9am received a call that someone would be there at 10:30 Come to find out It was not a service, my unit was inspected. I would never knowingly request an inspection, in fact what I said, well it is working now and since I have not had it serviced to change to a service but I would like to know why it quit Am not going to complain on the other company because I really do not know how service went to inspection. A part did not need to be ordered. It needed to be serviced, cleaned. I did not have it serviced last year like I should have so that Is why I changed it fro a problem to a service. Now I understand why Mr. Absher said he would have to come back, he could see it was filthy. This system is propane heat. The gentleman that came out, was really nice. Stayed probably for an extra 30 or 40 min to make sure it worked. What actually was going on was when I opened up the unit on Sat. only one cylinder of gas was firing up and then the system with all of its safety features keep shutting off It ran until it reached the temp. shut off and never came back on. They cleaned parts adjusted pressure switch. They would do much more justice saying what was actually done than the way I would say it. I have turned it on every hour just to make sure it will come on. Still working. I was really impressed in the fact that they cared, were professional, explained why the cylinders were not suppose to be black (I saw that the cylinders were black before they came out) The whole situation did not sit well with me before they came out. In my mind it had been serviced but looking at it and watching what it was doing, cylinders not firing up and knew that was wrong but t but did not know why. They took the time to tell me what they did and why I would like to think if the system had been serviced, not inspected, I would never have gone through this. The only reason I would have an inspection if I were buying a house or selling my house. Not saying other people do not get inspections, just to get them, , I just don't. If I have to pay for an inspection to decide whether or not I need a new unit, I will be looking for a different Heating and A/C company I also like that they are local. For some reason Kings Mountain is treated like they are 100 miles in the country,

I had some electrical work done at my home by another contractor, somehow they managed to not re attach my blower to my main breaker. Energy Management diagnosed the problem immediately. they not only came out on a Friday night before the holiday, but they were able to diagnose, re-attached it to the breaker and serviced my unit. the young man Chris that did the work was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable.
