Empire Innovations

In 2016, we had Empire Innovations installed a whole home AV system (top of the line) in our home. See in the Description below for the scope of work completed. Our initial meeting, we had with Shawn and Nick they were very nice and patient due to the fact what they were selling us something we have no idea about or how it all works. My concern that I addressed to Shawn and Nick was once they install this system I'm was afraid they would will leave us high and dry if something goes wrong! I was assured by Shawn they will always be here for us and in fact in the price they gave us was several hours of tutoring helps if any problems come up and to go over how to use the system! Once all equipment was installed and when we did have some small things that came up they were always there to answer us. Now after several months have gone by somethings have come up where we needed their guidance on issues and they will not return our phone calls, text or voice messages. This company has left us high and dry just like I thought would happen! After said and done once $$ was received they don't care what happens! They installed the system and they are the only ones that know how to run it. To leave your clients in the dust is not the right way to run a business. On their Description about their business it says the following "We have a 100% satisfaction policy. We're not happy unless you're happy." Well Shawn and Nick we are not happy and by the looks of it the other post here they are not happy either.

Shawn and another man came and mounted the TVs and actually did a good job and their price was reasonable. They claimed that they did warranty work. We had another contractor come and do some outside work on the outside of our house on the outside of the wall that TV was mounted on. We have called and emailed Shawn Morgan, the owner several times to come out and check his mounting since plaster fell from the other contractor. At one time he promised to actually call me back but never did. If he was not so non-responsive to us now I would probably give him an A for what he did do but when you promise to do something and don't and then won't respond to calls and emails then I cannot recommend him at all. He needs to get his act together.
