carpet installation
+ -1 moreThe selection of and purchase of the carpet went smoothly. The installation was not as smooth. The subcontractor that the carpet company used did not honor my request to roll the carpet at the edges adjacent to the tile floor. When I brought it to the attention of the installer, he said it was too late because the carpet had already been cut. When I later brought it to the attention of the owner via a telephone call, he said he would come by the house to see what could be done. That never happened. I will not do business there again, despite having used them on three prior occasions.
Description of Work: They did installation of wall to wall carpet in 4 room and stairs.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreWe heard of Mr. Davis at church. He was able to clean our carpets two days after we called him. He works very efficiently and is quite friendly. He also moved the furniture.
Description of Work: I had Ellis come out and steam clean the carpets in five rooms and the hallways.
