Very professional. Took considerable care to avoid irrigation system. Had tools and supplies needed to do the job. Corrected problem with route of water line that had existed since original line installed. Filled, leveled, and reseeded trench so it’s almost impossible to see where work was done.

It went well, they fixed my problem and probably could have taken advantage of me and charged me a lot more. It was not as serious as I thought it was. Very responsive too and professional. I will use them again.

Very well, It was a difficult job due to the fact that this house was built in 1967 and the pipes are actually under the concrete floor. It took quite a while to get it unstopped but they managed it with an extra long snake and didn't leave until they had put water in the washer and let it drain three times to make sure it was unstopped.

Super job as usual. We have used them on many occasions and always had good results. Never have they had to come back because the fix did not work. We have other family members that have used them and are delighted with the services provided to them. Great company.

We have a direct vent water heater in our garage that had to be replaced. I got several estimates and sense the direct vent water heaters are a little more expensive, I knew I would have to pay a little more than a standard water heater replacement. Several things had to be done to get the new water heater up to code including relocating the vent system and adding the overflow tank and gas line trap. One of the estimates I received for the same job was over $400 more and they said they didn't need to move the vent which later I found out that they would need to move it to meet code. The work was very professional and everything looks great, even where they had to patch the old hole where the old vent used to be. I would definitely use Edy-Mac plumbing again.

This water leak in the crawl space had been a long-standing problem in our home. We had a horrible smell associated with the standing water and had two previous plumbers out who did work but did not identify the source of the leak or the smell. They were so professional and explained every step of the repairs and did the work when they said they would. Definitely found a and quot;keeperand quot; plumber with excellent customer service skills. Will use again and would recommend without hesitation.

I was grateful that he could come so quickly, just before the snow storm arrived. The faucet works fine now.
