+ -1 moreThey scammed me! I called them out for a repair because my AC was not working correctly. They ran a diagnostic and told me it was a leak in the system and it would be best to replace the system.
Description of Work: I asked them to add the refrigerant and they declined because they thought it would be a waist of money. We had a second opinion and the one truth Dilling told was filling it was a waist of money! Well, that’s because there was NO LEAK! Dilling even pulled out equipment to show me the leak and showed me the pressure readings. I don’t know anything about HVAC so I believed them. In the meantime while we were waiting to get an estimate from them to replace the system, we had another company come out and they fixed it for $200.00! That’s right…it has No Leak at all. Dilling Heating and Cooling are scammers!

+ -1 moreThey came to install a dual zone system on 7/22/21. 13 thousand dollars later, I was left with a hole in my ceiling from where they stepped through. They have failed inspection three times. Every time I have had to call and ask when they are coming or when the painters are coming to fix my ceilings. My ceilings were finally fixed on 9/15/21. My last failed inspection was on the 9/15/21. I have not heard one word from them since 9/15. I’m sick of this. I was promised 63 degrees in my house, but after they installed the system they could only promise 20 degrees lower than the outside temperature. Don’t do business with Dilling Heating and Cooling. They do not know what they are doing. They have not resolved my issues in 76 days. This was through the peak heat season and someone always had to be there.
