I was told by receptionist a manager would call me right back to have someone come out for the repair. After a day and a half someone finally called me back. Luckily I was able to get it repaired by another company within 2 hours.

His company provided us with service year round. Things got a little bit relaxed and we let him go. The irrigation system was already in and if we had any problems with it, he repaired it, he did a good job. He started out very good, he had reliable workers, and they did a good job. As things progressed, he got less and less reliable workers. We couldn't put up with the sloppy work, we talked with him, and he said that was the best he could do. If I didn't like it, I'd have to find somebody else, so we did. He was about average. I would say that you'd probably want to look someplace else. I would have to say, what did I get for the money that I spent. It changed at the end. If he cleaned up his act and got some people working for him I would use him but, otherwise no.

Very courteous and very helpful. Responded in a timely manner. Showed at the correct time and performed repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

Deason landscape and irrigation is a quality company that stands by its work. I've used them for over seven years and get many compliments about the landscaping around the house and the beautiful trees they planted. The owner, Jim Deason, is available and responsive if there are any problems. For example when another company cut through an irrigation pipe, he was at my house within hours and quickly came up with a solution. The employees seem happy and take pride in their work.
