Since then we have called them twice for small leaks we found, one time being 3 years since they installed the roof. They came right out and fixed the problem. It's a family business and they stand behind their service.

+ -1 moreHE CAME OUT TOOK A LOOK AROUND AT MY ROOF AND STATED HE WOULD CALL BACK WITH AN ESTIMATE. HE NEVER CALLED BACK AND RETURNED TO DISCUSS THE WORK ALSO HE WANTED TO PUT A NEW ROOF ON THE HOUSE AND DIDN'T LISTEN TO ANYTHING THAT I HAD TO SAY OR WANTED.
