Burden Improvements

Came to my home to fix a roof leak. Said he guarantees his work. Long story short, he fixed a few spots on our roof (will fix while I’mup here€) but not the roof leak problem. And to date has not found the leak. So, I still have a leaking roof, a hole in my foyer ceiling, and out a substantial amount of money. My husband requested half of our money back since what he was hired to do was not done. He refused. All he is saying, is he would be glad to put on a new roof (more money) but still do not know that a new roof would fix the leak, as he can’t find where the leak is coming from. We feel a new roof was his intention from the beginning. Please, please do not use this company. Dishonest business! Less

Had to beg for them to come although Mr Burden said next day. They parked in my yard, left nails and pieces of metal all over. Gutters installed badly, pieces not put together evenly, not attached to house well, slope not correct causing water to seep under roof even after I finally got him back to "correct" it. Really needed 2 more downspouts but he's too busy to come install them. Also, his roof repair was woefully inadequate. It still leaked after he half way replaced ALL wood that was damaged. We had MBA repair it right. It's been over a year and he still is not able to have someone install 2 downspouts but he has lots of reasons why we "should not need them."
