Norma an elderly lady, came out to quote. We added water lines to our addition for a sink and wanted our outside spigot connected for our horses.(my husband dug and put the supply line in, all was needed was hook up) Norma quoted us 650.00 and we agreed. The guy came out and did the work but our water was leaking from the outside spigot that we had supplied and before he left my husband pointed it out to him. He said it was just the backflow. It wasn't and was leaking. Called back and he came out and said he needed a washer and would be trying to find one and left. The next day Norma showed up at our house wanting her money. She handed us a bill for 750.00 My husband refused saying it was quoted 650.00. She said ok and took the 650.00. 4 days later, we still hadn't heard back about the washer. We told them just to supply the spigot or we could get one at Lowes for 67.00. They said they would get. Several days later after talking to Norma and her saying they would be there, they never showed. After numerous calls they finally showed and brought the new spigot and hooked up. 5 minutes. Great, no leak. 2 days later, Norma called wanting to come by and pick up the money. I told her ok, so we owe you for the spigot. Yes she said, 200.00. I said I am not paying 200.00 for spigot, her reply, Oh yes you are. We'll see. So basically just to "hook" up a spigot with the water line in place is 550.00!!! We will be heading to Lowes and buying a 70.00 crimping tool to do our own work from now. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, STAY AWAY FROM BRYANT WATKINS PLUMBING.

We do live in one of these very old houses and nothing is standard here, so they had to do a lot of things. You can't just shelves something in and hook it up here. You always have to make it work. It's not lined up square. Everything isn't the way it's supposed to be and they just went out of their way to make sure that it look good and it function as best as it could even the house is old. They did a wonderful job.
